With this ruler you can make equilateral triangles with sides of 3 till 9 inch. Like the templates, this ruler has blunt corners for easy construction.

Set H is a template set for patterns with hexagons. You can make designs like Grandmother's Flower Garden, Inner City, Thousand Pyramids, Baby Blocks and Stars. The templates are made of the same acrylic material as quilt rulers, so they can be used with a rotary cutter. First, strips are cut of the right width, and then the templates are positioned on the strips, to make the second cut. Each template has double blunt corners for perfect alignment. The blocks go together past, easy and perfect!  

Template set H has 3 pieces for cutting 11 shapes (hexagons, half hexagons, triangles and diamonds). The largest hexagon is 3 inch (finished side length).

The book Encyclopedia of Patchwork Blocks Volume 6 contains lots of projects and tips for using these templates.

The fourth pattern of the From Marti and Me Club

This is the fourth pattern of the Marti and Me Club.

The pattern consists of a drunkard's path block, in a bear's paw block. It is made with the Tool of the Month: the Large Drunkard's Path Template set. The triangles can be cut with template set B, which was the tool of the month in one of the earlier issues. 

The quilt on the cover of the pattern is a small wallhanging, consisting of one block with borders. There is also a pattern for a crib quilt and for a queen/double size quilt. An extra pattern with a completely different effect is on the back of the cover: Asian Roundabout (see the extra picture).

This kit contains enough fabric for the top and the binding. You only need to add fabric for the backing and the batting. The kit contains Japanese fabrics, and a basic fabric.

This is the fifth pattern of the From Marti and Me Club.

The pattern contains a lot of different projects: a wall quilt in two sizes, a different version of the house blok in a wall quilt, a placemat, a small extra quilt and a scrap quilt in the Thousand Pyramid pattern.

You can make the pattern quickly and easily with Template set J.

Template set J consists of 6 parts, to cut the 10 parts of a house block. These are acrylic templates that you can use to cut the fabric with your rotary cutter.  The corners are engineered to make the pieces fit exactly, without dog ears (that is why the triangular gable fits the roof exactly). The block size is 6 inch.  A bonus of this set is that the gable template can be used to make the Thousand Pyramids.
