Nine Patch is one of the most popular quilt blocks. A simple block at first sight, but one that still can be a challenge to sew neat and precisely to measure. Quick strip techniques are now even easier with the new Nine Patch Rulers by Marti Michell.
The lines on the rulers help you to cut the strips at the exact width (and no need to calculate). Once you have sewn sets of three strips, you use the rulers to cut the strip sets to the right width, and sew them together to a block.
After your Nine Patch block is sewn, you can use the ruler to check the size. And what's more: you can use the ruler to fussy cut a motif of picture exactly in the middle of a square.
There are rulers in 7 different sizes.
