They are not a substitute for the book, but they explain new techniques to sew already quilted parts together. You will use two fusible products, that were not available when the first book appeared: Marti's Fusible Tape (1 inch wide) and SoftFuse. SoftFuse is a very thin, two-sided fusible textile material. The booklets include a 30 yard roll of fusible tape and a small packet of SoftFUse.
